Accessibility
Last updated October 28, 2026.
We want Moonlit to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a magnifier, voice control or only a keyboard.
What we've done
- Our pages are built to work with only a keyboard. On most pages, the first thing Tab reaches is a link that skips straight to the content.
- Pages have headings, landmarks and labelled form fields, so a screen reader can find its way around.
- Things that change without a new page, like a code being sent or something being copied, are read out.
- We've checked our text colours against the contrast guidelines, and the site follows your device when it asks for more contrast, less motion or its own colours.
- You can zoom in to 200% and the pages still fit the screen.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We check our pages with automated tools and by hand, but no outside expert has reviewed them yet, so there may be things we've missed.
Other companies' pages
Linking your bank happens in a form made by Stripe, our payments provider, and your AI apps are made by other companies. If one of them gets in your way, tell us and we'll help.
Tell us what doesn't work
If anything on Moonlit is hard to use, write to us with the help form or email [email protected]. Tell us which page, and what happened. A person reads every message and writes back.
